May I get the assistance of a salesperson who can guide me on the best value items to purchase?

The first time you make an order, you may obtain phone assistance or we can send a salesperson to give you a complete overview of our products, if you wish.

When you become a regular customer, you will be assigned a Sales Rep, who you can call any time for orders or assistance and who will personally visit your establishment as required.

If I know what I want, may I make an order over the phone or by email?

Yes, you may make an order by phone or email any time, or you may order directly with one of our Sales Reps when they visit your establishment.

How much time should I allow between an order and delivery?

24 hours is the standard amount of time recommended between making your order and the expected delivery time.

May I choose a specific date and time for delivery?

To help you organise your staff in relation to purchasing and stock control, we can deliver on your preferred date within an agreed four hour time bracket.

What if I need same day delivery in case of an emergency?

We will do our best to provide same day delivery in case of emergency. However, this cannot be guaranteed and should avoid being sought.

Who should I talk to if the delivery is incorrect or incomplete?

If you are not completely satisfied with your delivery for any reason, contact your Sales Rep or speak to the Sales Manager.
